Responsibilities
- Data Management & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports that provide clear, data-driven insights to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and troubleshoot analytical challenges.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automation solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly required) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
