Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis to identify patterns that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
