Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Transformation: Gather, clean, and validate raw data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to forecast trends and identify patterns that influence business strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to understand data requirements and present findings in clear, concise reports.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
