- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize trends, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks that drive strategic business decisions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-centric solutions.
- Maintenance: Monitor data pipelines and automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of experience in data analysis; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
