- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Automation: Automate data collection processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
