Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track progress against strategic objectives
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in BI tools
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization best practices
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences
