This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA while collaborating with our Nashville-based leadership. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic business decisions for our clients.
What You Will Do
- Transform Raw Data: Collect, clean, and structure massive datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive Strategy: Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Automate Processes: Develop SQL scripts and Python automation tools to streamline reporting workflows.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for executive reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
