Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Cleaning & Prep: Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured formats using SQL and Python.
- Report Generation: Produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports that inform executive strategy and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and marketing teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (Querying & Joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
- Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
