Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Collect, clean, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify key trends and patterns that influence business performance.
- Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems by establishing and maintaining data quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
