Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and optimize data for reporting
- Build automated dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement validation protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
