We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor real-time business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to define data requirements and solve complex analytical problems.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
