Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify patterns and trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and improve data collection processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using SQL and Python.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Python/R for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to the Tucson, AZ area (Hybrid/Remote).
