Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict future trends and support budgeting processes.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure the accuracy and security of sensitive information.
- Create clear, concise documentation of data models, processes, and methodologies for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
