Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for retail clients
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols to ensure accuracy
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL and Python/R
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
