- Transform raw data into compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Optimize data collection procedures and maintain data integrity standards
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with government contracting or public sector data preferred
