We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Remote Data Analyst to join our growing team in the Washington DC metropolitan area. This is a fully remote position where you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
