Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and validation for weekly databases.
- Analyze weekend trends to prepare comprehensive Monday morning briefings.
- Identify discrepancies in data sets and reconcile errors efficiently.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless data handoffs.
- Create automated reports using SQL and Excel macros.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Data Science or IT preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a remote environment.
- Current resident of Oakland, CA (for tax and compliance purposes).
