Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement automated data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Experience: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
