Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to identify trends and patterns in complex business environments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
