Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
