Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create automated reports to streamline business intelligence workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
