Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and product information into our centralized database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, and discrepancies, correcting them immediately.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Transcribe data from handwritten notes, audio files, or scanned documents.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and data summaries for management review.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding ongoing projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive company data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
