Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors via email and instant messaging platforms.
- Manage email inquiries and sort incoming correspondence efficiently.
- Update existing records and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and archives.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within the specified deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
