Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into our secure database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% data accuracy and quality control.
- Transcribe information from various sources, including paper documents, emails, and audio files, into digital formats.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and summaries based on data analysis.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project deadlines and data issues.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify potential errors or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
