Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure digital databases.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize physical and digital documents, maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
- Assist with data cleaning, formatting, and maintaining database integrity.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding discrepancies and urgent tasks.
- Perform regular backups and file archiving to prevent data loss.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven typing speed of at least 35-45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
