Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input customer information, sales records, and inventory data into our secure databases.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and minimal errors.
- Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records with minimal supervision.
- Communicate regularly with the data management team to resolve query issues.
- Perform routine data quality checks and report findings to supervisors.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality of all sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
