Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer records, inventory data, and transaction logs into proprietary systems
- Perform daily data validation checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume batches of documents with strict deadlines (50-100 entries/hour)
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports to department heads
- Implement data security protocols including encryption and access controls
- Collaborate with offshore teams during peak processing periods
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 95%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with CRM/SAP systems (training provided for beginners)
- Excellent time management and self-discipline for remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
