Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential client data across multiple platforms with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records, invoices, and customer information within tight deadlines
- Perform data validation and quality control checks using proprietary verification protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight handovers for seamless workflow continuity
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume data entry or similar administrative role
