Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform daily data validation audits and reconciliation tasks
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and internal platforms
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize provided ergonomic equipment for extended typing sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 words-per-minute typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry software (e.g., QuickBase, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
