- Review all data entries for errors or discrepancies and correct any issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate regularly with team leads regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Perform daily audits of data entries to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Must be available to work night shifts (rotating shifts available).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
