- Enter, update, and verify data across multiple digital platforms with 99%+ accuracy
- Process confidential healthcare records while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality control checks
- Generate and distribute weekly productivity reports to team leads
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot data system issues
- Train on new software tools and process improvements
- Meet daily productivity targets of 200+ records processed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional data entry experience
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems (EHR/EMR) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
