Responsibilities

- Transcribe data from physical or electronic documents into digital formats.
- Organize and maintain digital files and folders to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in auditing data sets to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
