Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our proprietary database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Review and reconcile financial and operational records to ensure 100% data integrity and error-free reporting.
- Perform regular backups and maintain the security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team via Slack, email, and virtual meetings to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize digital files and archives to ensure easy retrieval of historical records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) with a strong eye for detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
