Job Overview:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client databases. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' information systems by efficiently processing, verifying, and entering data. This is a high-volume position requiring a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into our centralized database with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data from various sources (scanned documents, PDFs, emails) to ensure integrity.
- Transcribe data from physical or electronic documents into digital formats using specialized software.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal and financial data.
- Perform periodic audits of entered data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the remote team to meet daily and weekly data volume targets.
- Ensure compliance with company data security and privacy protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
