- Verify information for completeness and resolve discrepancies

- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on new software tools and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional data entry experience
- Minimum 70 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Access)
