- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and verify source documents against digital entries
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data entry reports
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through research and correction protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data management workflows
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards where applicable
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
