- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with the analytics team to identify data trends and anomalies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with consistent naming conventions
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with verifiable metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with data validation rules and error correction techniques
