Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple digital platforms and databases
- Perform rigorous data validation, verification, and quality control checks
- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance using proprietary software
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports with clear data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Proven ability to type 70+ WPM with 0 errors per 10,000 keystrokes
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and document management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills
