Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and CRM systems
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information completeness and accuracy
- Process and document incoming information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and specialized software
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Manage document scanning and digital filing systems
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with data management systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
