Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple client platforms with 99.5%+ precision
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance using proprietary software and Excel/Google Sheets
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, customer records, and inventory logs
- Generate and analyze daily productivity reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and process improvements
- Train on new systems and client-specific data protocols during onboarding and quarterly updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy metrics
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to process 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with minimal errors
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data validation and quality control
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and client interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ergonomic home office setup
