Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary systems and CRM platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and manage confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports on data entry metrics and discrepancies
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data inconsistencies and workflow bottlenecks
- Train on new systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
