- Process and manage confidential documents with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Generate daily/weekly reports on data entry metrics and quality assurance
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize data collection workflows
- Maintain organized digital archives with systematic file naming conventions
- Identify and flag data anomalies for supervisor review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with zero errors in timed tests
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to meet daily productivity targets
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
