- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in CRM and ERP systems
- Validate and cross-reference data for consistency and completeness
- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily/weekly data quality reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Train on proprietary data management tools and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data processing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 10-key expertise
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred
