Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify client information into CRM systems
- Perform data cleansing and quality assurance protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with finance team on transaction reconciliation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client data
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience
- 80+ WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
