- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with Fresno-based team leads via virtual standup meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, macros)
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% accuracy across 10,000+ record batches
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
