Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases using proprietary software
- Process high-volume transactional records with strict adherence to quality standards
- Perform data validation, error correction, and quality assurance checks
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data workflows and procedures
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Strong time management with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required
