- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within daily SLAs
- Utilize proprietary software for data extraction and transformation
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data integrity initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
