Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple platforms with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, forms, and client records within SLA deadlines
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies using Excel and proprietary software
- Generate daily/weekly reports summarizing key metrics for departmental review
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Train on new systems and processes as company evolves
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with verifiable WPM (65+ required)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills mandatory)
