Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in Salesforce and Excel
- Validate data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process 200+ daily transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate weekly performance reports for department heads
- Collaborate with NYC-based analytics team on data quality initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Minimum 10,000 keystrokes per minute typing test
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
