Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in client databases and CRM systems
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy following established protocols
- Process documents and forms with strict attention to detail
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports and maintain activity logs
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to data security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
